Notice your reaction and make more deliberate choices when it gets uncomfortable.
Lead with confidence, impact and courage.
Set clear standards. Address performance. Influence others. Lead your team through change.
This is a practical leadership program built around the conversations and communication you need to lead well. It goes beyond a single difficult-conversation workshop.
You need more than the perfect words.
You might have read the books, completed other training or rehearsed what to say. Then the moment arrives and you soften it, over-explain it, defend your point or delay it again.
Curious Conversations helps you understand what is happening in your own brain and body, question the assumptions shaping your response and work with the perspective across from you. Understanding another person does not excuse their behaviour or remove the standard.
Set clearer expectations, build ownership and make follow-through easier to understand.
Communicate what is changing, understand concerns and adjust the approach as you implement it.
Learn it. Practise it. Use it.
Eight learning weeks give you the foundations, the six-step Curious Conversations Framework and a practical approach to leading people through change.
Learn
Complete a focused 30–60-minute module and workbook.
Prepare
Choose a real conversation, standard, performance issue or change challenge.
Practise
Use the 60–90-minute live session for coaching, peer-to-peer learning, real-time problem-solving and feedback.
Apply and review
Take it into work, notice what happened and decide what to adjust.
Allow about 1.5–2.5 hours in a session week for the module and live session, plus the time you choose to spend applying it at work.
Eight core modules + eight workbooks
Leadership Foundations: set your team up for success
Lead your team well, rather than becoming the person who takes everything back. Work on clear expectations, ownership, delegation and support. Make everyday standards clear, use meetings well and follow through on what you’ve agreed.
Get Clear
Separate what happened from your assumptions and know what you want to be different.
Get Grounded
Notice your reaction and practise pausing so you can stay useful when it gets uncomfortable.
Get Curious: Share Your Perspective
Make your point clearly without blame or turning the other person into the problem.
Bridge the Gap
Understand what is different between your views and work through the disagreement.
Get Courageous
Name the expectation, boundary or part you have been avoiding.
Agree and Anchor
Get specific about who will do what, by when and how you will follow up.
Leading Through Change: from the plan to what happens in practice
Lead people through changes to processes, structure or the team. Clarify the outcome, plan how to introduce the change, communicate what it means, understand concerns and organise the support needed. Monitor what happens, then review and adjust rather than assuming the announcement means the change is working.
Additional learning
Critical Alignment Model learning module
Look beneath the immediate issue and consider root causes across environment, structure, implementation and people, using a model from Remi Pearson and ICI.
Needs, Boundaries and Emotions learning module
Understand what may be driving a reaction, clarify the boundary and decide what still needs to be addressed.
Reusable resources and completion
Leadership Foundations resources
Practical support for everyday leadership, including one-to-one meetings and planning your first 30, 60 and 90 days.
Practical Change Toolkit
Resources to help you plan, communicate, organise and review change, including Change Overview, People and Communication Planner, Change Action Board, and Support, Monitor and Review.
Certificate of Completion
A non-accredited Certificate of Completion is included.
Each session runs for 60–90 minutes, depending on the questions and application needed. Weekly dates and times are agreed with participants before the program begins to suit the majority. Sessions are recorded if you miss one, but live attendance gives you the chance to ask questions, practise, receive feedback and learn alongside other leaders.
Practical, honest and specific.

Frequently asked questions
Is this eight private coaching sessions?
No. The program includes eight live group application sessions. The first five paid enrolments also receive a separate private 60-minute coaching session with Bec.
How long are the live group sessions?
Each live group session runs for 60–90 minutes depending on the questions and application needed. Across eight sessions, that is 8–12 live hours.
When are the live sessions?
The program includes eight live group sessions. Weekly dates and times are agreed with participants before the program begins to suit the majority.
What if I miss a live session?
Sessions are recorded and available if you miss one. Live attendance is still encouraged so you can ask questions, practise, receive feedback and learn alongside other leaders.
Where will I connect with other leaders?
You’ll join the CW Leadership Collective, our existing private leadership community on Skool. It’s a shared community, not a separate group just for this cohort. The Curious Conversations course, live sessions and recordings are restricted to enrolled participants.
When does access open, and how long do I have?
We aim to email your access details within one business day of successful payment. Your early access includes Skool, the Critical Alignment Model (CAM) module, the Needs, Boundaries and Emotions module, and the Before You Speak app. You can explore these before the main program opens on 18 November 2026. If there is a delay, we’ll let you know and help you get access as soon as reasonably possible. If you haven’t received your details, please contact rebecca@culturewisecoaching.com.au.
App access ends three months after the main program opens, not three months after you enrol. Access to the course, including live-session and bonus recordings, continues until four weeks after the final live session.
What if my conversation is with my manager, CEO or the board?
That fits. The program is not limited to direct-report conversations. It supports conversations with your team, peers, manager, CEO or board while recognising that the power dynamics are different.
Will the program guarantee the other person changes?
No. You will learn to prepare, raise the issue, hear different perspectives and create clearer agreements. You cannot control another person’s response or follow-through.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. A non-accredited Certificate of Completion is included. It is not a formal qualification and does not carry CPD points.
Can my employer pay for the program?
You can ask your employer whether the program can be funded through your professional development budget or reimbursed under their policy. Seek approval before enrolling if you are relying on employer funding.
Can I claim the program as a tax deduction?
You may be able to claim eligible self-education expenses where the program has a sufficient connection to your current income-earning work. Eligibility depends on your circumstances. You cannot claim amounts paid or reimbursed by your employer. Check with your accountant or registered tax agent before claiming. Read the ATO self-education guidance.
